We hired Adi to build our foundation after a very bad experience with our previous contractor, and the difference was immediately clear. We were impressed with his deep understanding of structural systems and his careful selection of high-quality waterproofing materials.
What originally started as a plan for a traditional foundation with framing, insulation, and a cold concrete floor was completely transformed. Adi upgraded us to an insulated and waterproofed ICF foundation that was finished and ready for gypsum panels. The best decision we made was adding radiant floor heating.

I originally had a concrete block design for a fire-resistant building where I wanted to have my shop with an apartment above it. In my previous shop, you could feel the cold radiating from the block walls even six inches away, and at my age, that kind of environment just isn’t comfortable anymore. After a lifetime of working as a mechanic, my body has felt the toll.
Adi took the time to speak directly with the building inspector and successfully converted the original plans to an ICF system. The difference is incredible. I can now touch my tools without them feeling freezing cold, even when they roll close to the walls. Even better, I can roll on the floor without feeling like I’m lying on an ice slab.
My shop is warm and comfortable, with a small office and bedroom above. To make the building blend in with the house, brick veneer was installed on the front and siding on the back—it looks great and fits perfectly. Choosing ICF was the best option, and Adi’s knowledge and dedication made all the difference.
Anatolie did an amazing job with the storm water management. He designed some drains and retaining walls with geo-grid . They filled the top with ocean enriched organic compost. Got some heirloom tomatoes worthy of gold award. Working on some plans for a greenhouse and hopefully by next year they will have it ready.
